POLICIES

A $30 NONREFUNDABLE deposit is required to secure an appointment.

A minimum of 24-hour notice is required for any cancellations that may need to be made.

We allow a 10-minute grace period from your scheduled appointment time. If you arrive within 10 minutes, your appointment may still proceed, but we may need to adjust the service depending on available time. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your appointment will be automatically a no-show and cancelled. This ensures we stay on time for the next client.

Due to the cost of products and materials involved, I do not offer refunds for my services. However, if you find yourself unhappy with your service for any reason, please do not hesitate to reach out to me directly. I am more than willing to discuss the issue and work together to resolve it and ensure your satisfaction. Deposits are not refundable.

No guests allowed during appointments
Please Arrive to your appointment with no makeup/eye-makeup on.
Remove contacts.
Be prepared to lay down for 1-2 hours depending on appointment type.

Avoid the use of caffeine before appointment.

Fills should be booked every 2 to 3 weeks to maintain optimal lash health and appearance. It's important for the longevity of your lash extensions that a fill requires no less than 40% of the remaining lash extensions to be present on your natural lashes. Anything less than this percentage will be considered a full set, which necessitates a different appointment type altogether. Keeping up with your fills will help ensure your lashes always look their best!
