A no-show is defined as failing to attend your scheduled appointment without any communication. No-shows result in a 100% loss of your deposit and you will be required to prepay in full for any future bookings. Repeated no-shows may result in being unable to book with me again. This policy is in place to respect my time and other clients who could have taken that appointment.

Please arrive on time for your appointment. A 5-minute grace period is allowed. If you arrive more than 5 minutes late without prior communication, your appointment will be canceled and your deposit forfeited. Late arrivals are not guaranteed service and are subject to the artist’s discretion to avoid impacting other clients.

A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule any appointment. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in the forfeit of your deposit

I do accept foreign fills and will work over another artist’s lash extensions only if the existing lashes are in good condition and have been properly applied. If the lashes are not isolated correctly, are overly heavy, damaged, grown out, or pose a risk to the natural lash health, a full removal and new set will be required. This decision is made at the discretion of the artist to ensure the integrity, safety, and longevity of your lash extensions. By booking a foreign fill, you acknowledge and agree that a new set may be necessary if your current lashes do not meet these standards.

All appointments require a $40 non-refundable deposit to secure your booking. Deposits are applied to your total on the day of your appointment. You may reschedule once with the same deposit if 48 hours’ notice is given. Cancellations or reschedules with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in the deposit being forfeited. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.

To be eligible for a fill, you must have a minimum of 40–50% of your lash extensions remaining and they must be in good condition. We do not offer fills over three weeks — appointments booked beyond three weeks will be charged as a full set.

• Remove contacts.

• Be prepared to lay down for 1-2 hours depending on appointment type.

• please eat and use the washroom before appointment.

• Avoid the use of caffeine before appointment.

1. Respectful Language
   All communication must remain respectful and professional. Aggressive, rude, or hostile language will not be tolerated.

2. No Foul or Abusive Language
   Use of profanity, threats, or any form of abusive language is strictly prohibited in all forms of communication.

3. Zero Tolerance for Disrespect
   Disrespectful behavior toward staff or other clients will result in refusal of service.

4. Clear and Courteous Communication
   Please communicate clearly and politely when booking, rescheduling, or discussing any concerns.

5. No Harassment
   Repeated, unwanted, or inappropriate messages will be considered harassment and may result in a permanent ban from booking services.

6. Response Time
   Messages will be responded to during business hours. Please allow up to 24 hours for a reply.

7. Boundary Respect
   Clients are expected to respect business boundaries, including availability, policies, and time outside of operating hours.
